BOSU training is specialized training that builds strength, flexibility,balance & coordination by performing a variety of exercises on a BOSU ball.It's an amazing core workout that is fun & effective using one piece of equipment.
Kettlebell Training simultaneously works your cardiovascular fitness, resistance training and flexibility for a quick full body workout.
