Forever Fit Turbokick
Senior adult class that incorporates weights, bands & balls to strengthen & increase flexibility. Have a blast in this cardio class while learning basic kicks, punches & boxing techniques. No experience necessary!
   
Silver Splash Water Aerobics
Cardio, strength & stretch at your own pace with the resistance of water. Cardio, strength & stretch with the resistance of water in a fast paced, exciting water workout.
   
Spinning Power Water
JohnnyG Spinning simulates a real outdoor bike ride…you will challenge yourself through speed drills, "trail riding" & mountain climbing using varied resistance. For ALL fitness levels. Invigorating complete water workout. You have the power to tailor your workout. Start with cardio at your level, then combine toning of your core with water pilates. Finish it off with yoga style stretches to increase flexibility, balance & breathing.
   
Tai Chi Yoga
Relieve stress, relax your mind with a slow paced relaxing form of exercise to benefit your health, mind & awareness Sun Style Focuses on strength & flexibility while linking breath with movement, resulting in posture alignment, muscle tone & reduce stress.
   
Three-4-All Zumba
Intervals of step, toning, stretch & relaxation for a total body workout. High energy Latin inspired workout. Basic Latin dance steps will get you inspired to have a little attitude!
