TURBOKICK:
Have a blast in this cardio class while learning basic kicks, punches & boxing techniques. NO experience necessary!

BODY ATTACK: High Energy sports inspired workout that burns a lot of calories & builds strength & stamina - For ALL Fitness Levels.

BODY PUMP: The fastest way in the universe to get in shape! Barbells & weights target every major muscle group. Muscle endurance & strength training are the key focus. For ALL fitness levels.

BODY PUMP XPRESS: Target every major muscle group in this Xpress 45 Minute BodyPump class!

SPIN: Strengthen and shape your lower body one step at a time with this high intensity, high cardio class

SPINNING: This class simulates a real outdoor bike ride…you will enjoy the challenge of speed drills, "trail riding", mountain climbing & running drills using varied resistance. For ALL fitness levels.


PILATES:
Focus on your body's core will build strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek & toned body.

BOOTCAMP: Push your body to its limits with this total body workout that includes pushups, jumping jacks, interval training and lots more!


STEP:
Intermediate to advanced choreography will challenge you in this class with variations in impact & intensity.

YOGA:
This class focuses on strength & flexibility through different poses. Our goal is to link the breath with movement. The results, improved postural alignment, muscle tone, reduces stress.

SILVER SNEAKERS:
Senior Adult Class. This class will involve range of motion, flexibility, balance & strength improvement.

BODY JAM: A cardio workout, the latest dance styles & upbeat music. A 55- minute class that teaches you to move with attitude.

ABSOLUTE STEP:
45 min Step / 15 min ABS…

IRON YOGA/HOT YOGA:
Yoga practiced at a slow pace in a heated room. Iron Yoga, using light weights while doing yoga poses.

BODY SCULPT:
Total body workout using bands & light dumbbells.

MINDFUL YOGA:
Breath & Meditative Focus. Take some time for yourself…join us to relax, rest & rejuvenate. For ALL fitness levels.

FOREVER FIT:
Senior Adult Class. This class will involve range of motion, flexibility, balance & strength improvement.
