What areas will be added with your expansion?
Our expansion will include an all new group fitness room, spinning theater & an interactive gaming experience for the “tween” age group.  Also look for lots of new cardio equipment and programming.

Do I need an appointment to tour the club?
No appointment is necessary. Our Membership Coordinator is available Monday through Thursday 11-7, Friday 11-5, Saturday & Sunday by appointment. Keep in mind that we are here to fit YOUR needs. Feel free to drop by the club anytime or call to make an appointment. Our customer service team is always available to get you started and answer all of your questions.

Do you have childcare available?
Our Kids Energy Zone is full of interactive activities to keep children ages 6 weeks – 7 years entertained so you can enjoy a stress free workout. Closed circuit monitoring will allow you to watch your child throughout the facility.

What is included with my membership?
